"AJJ DE RAANJHE" is the new film by "Punj-aab Movies International'.This production house has given blockbuster hits like 'Mitti Wajaan Mardi', 'Mera Pind','Munde UK De' and 'Ik Kudi Punjab Di'. Punj-aab movies international is Film Production Company started by veteran Cinematographer and Director Sardar Manmohan Singh.

Sardar Manmohan Singh is synonymous with modern day Punjabi Cinema. He was also given the title of “The Renaissance Man” by the Economic Times. He also works as a cinematographer in Bollywood films. He has worked in the making of movies including Chandni , Betaab , Darr, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Dil To Pagal Hai, Maachis, Mohabbatein and many more. He has won 2 Filmfare Awards for Chandni and Darr and Zee Cine Award for Mohabbatein. Also many Punjabi Communities from all over the world has honored him for bringing back the pride of Punjabi Cinema. The journey began in 2002 with the release of 'Jee Aayan Nu' and since then he has given a chain of entertaining cinema for all of us resulting in an increase of Punjabi Movie Viewership.

According to Manji, Aj de ranjhe as the name suggests will show how the today's youth should encounter the situation with cops. The film will show that cops are for our own safety and security measures so we must not shy away from them instead feel safe to discuss situation with them.

The film will be shot in Chandigarh. And it is said to revolve around cop-public plot. How general public is scared of cops and always try to avoid them.
